About Us
Founded in 2012 by Zainab Khan, SeidoHR is a Lahore-based HR consulting firm helping organisations across Pakistan align people, structure, leadership, and performance with business strategy.
We work with founders, CEOs, executive teams, and HR leaders on strategic HR advisory, organisation design, talent optimisation, leadership assessment, and performance management. Our clients have included Shell, Engro, Philip Morris, UBL, Dubai Islamic Bank, Hashoo Group, and Service Group.
