Zainab Khan, Lead Consultant

Zainab Khan has been associated with Human Resource for over 20 years and has worked with several reputed companies in varied industries including Mechanical and Chemical Engineering, Packaging Manufacturing, Retail, Call Centers and NPOs.

Working at senior positions in the corporate world, she acquired practical exposure and hands-on experience of working with executive leadership teams in helping create collaborative cultures where business can thrive through employee engagement, context based organizational design, training, development and succession
planning, compensation and benefits and allied HR systems. 
She is a skilled trainer and facilitator for a broad range of topics, pertaining to people management, leadership and management development and Human Resources operations and strategy. As well as Business Vision, Mission and Values creation sessions.

She is a trained practitioner on the HAY Job Evaluation, Predictive Index, Hogan Assessments, Denison Culture Survey, Lumina, and the IPE Mercer Salary Survey toolkit. She also has hands on know how of designing and delivering HCM systems in both SAP and Microsoft AX HR.

Six years ago she set up her own company by the name of SEIDO HR (See- aye- doh), where she is Lead Consultant. In the last few year she has been actively involved in Organizational Transformations, helping her clients improve alignment between the Business Strategy and People Plans.

Through process improvement, departmental restructuring, creating collaborative, productive environments for employees within those companies.

In her own capacity she volunteers as Chapter Lead Lahore for Pakistan Society of Human Resources Management. She is an active visiting speaker at LUMS and various HR conferences, has worked as a co-facilitator, PSHRM Boot Camp, PSHRM My Compass program.

Asma Hassan, Consultant

She has completed her MPhil in Management and Finance from Lahore School of Economics in 2014 and MBA in Corporate Finance and Banking from Lahore School of Economics in 2008. She has done a business foundation course from Abacus College, Oxford, in 2004.

 She has 9 years of experience as Lecturer of Business Studies, Management and Corporate Finance and has worked as an MTO at UBL-Ameen. She has been trained in running assessment centers for recruitment and selection as well as development purposes. Her specific areas of expertise include conducting research, financial analysis, business analysis, strategic policy making and project implementation. In addition, she is also the in-house subject matter expert in the areas of research, business management and people development.

She is Lumina Psychometric Assessments Practitioner. She has hands on experience on running a series of assessment centers for recruitment and selection as well as development purposes, HAY Job Evaluation Methodology, Job Descriptions and Analysis, Competency Frameworks, Co Facilitating Performance Management, Leadership, BBI Training, Organization Culture and Capacity Development programs.

Mahvesh Hameed, Associate Consultant

Mahvesh Hameed has been in the field of HR for over 12 years, and has been associated with various reputed companies in different industries including Manufacturing, Education, Fertilizer and Information Technology.

She is an insightful HR professional who is passionate about building high performing teams. From private start-ups to industry giants, she has grown her skills in policy making, formulating rewards structures, performance management systems, values and behaviors frameworks and employee engagement mechanisms.

Working with top-management in challenging environments has given her hands on experience in transforming organizational culture through process improvements and changing mindsets.

Mahvesh did her MSc. In Human Resource Management and Organizational Analysis from King’s College London in 2006 and Bsc. (Hons) in Economics from Lahore University of Management Sciences in 2005.

Sara Haq, Research Associate

Sara has varied experience of working across various sectors specifically focusing on research, building team, coaching and developing people. Sara completed her masters from IBA in 2006 and started her career in the development sector managing a diverse set of projects, conducting research and analysis. She gained experience as an HR professional in the educational sector and used her business acumen to create a sustainable, profitable and future proof organization. Her diverse background brings creativity, innovation and seeing things in a different perspective.

Hoorab Butt, Trainee Analyst

Hoorab is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in politics from Lahore College for Women University (LCWU), she has a keen interest in understanding the dynamics of political systems and their impact on society. During her academic years, she undertook an internship at Dawn News, where she gained firsthand experience in media operations and news reporting. She worked as a freelancer in media marketing. In her current role, she handles various digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and engage with the target audience. With a blend of academic knowledge and practical experience, she is passionate about contributing to the field of media. She's always eager to learn and adapt to new challenges, seeking opportunities to make a meaningful impact in her professional journey
